Uzbekistan's Andijan Region Signs MoU with Chinese Company to Boost Cable Production

The governor of Uzbekistan's Andijan Region has met with executives of Jiangxi Haitong Cable Co., Ltd. in Jiangxi, China, to explore new opportunities in cable manufacturing.

During the talks, both sides discussed joint investment projects, expanding production capacities, and introducing advanced technologies in cable production, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

The meeting concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, paving the way for the production of cables of various voltage levels in Andijan.

Officials say the agreement will strengthen the local cable industry, enhance the region’s investment climate, and create opportunities for technological development.
