Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan and Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Ibrahim Yumaklı have met in Istanbul to discuss expanding economic, trade, and logistics cooperation under the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project.
The ministers stressed the importance of regular dialogue between the two countries and reaffirmed their commitment to continue discussions, The Caspian Post informs via Armenian media.
Key topics included the potential resumption of rail links between Kars and Gyumri and exploring new economic, logistical, and trade opportunities through the TRIPP initiative.
Both sides also highlighted the need to diversify markets, establish new logistics routes, and broaden mutual economic interests, signaling growing cooperation and strategic engagement between Armenia and Türkiye.
