Liparit Drmeyan, head of the Office of the Representative of the Armenian Prime Minister for International Legal Affairs, has been relieved of his duties.
The decision was taken by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, The Caspian Post informs via Armenian media.
Pashinyan emphasized that government officials are not allowed to take positions that contradict his own, particularly regarding the company “Electric Networks of Armenia.”
“Government is me. No one can hold a position that contradicts mine. In fact, if there are people in the government who oppose my stance, let them submit their resignation immediately and leave the premises; if not, I will remove them myself. We won in arbitration and defended our position,” Pashinyan said.
