AFFA’s Legal Department Head Joins UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme 2025

Günay Zamanlı, Head of the Legal Department at the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), has participated in the UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme 2025.

While speaking about her experience, Zamanlı highlighted that the program, organized jointly by the UEFA Academy and the IMD Business School in Lausanne, is designed to develop leadership skills among women holding executive positions in football management, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

“The main objective of the program is to enhance the leadership skills of women in executive roles within football management, boost their leadership potential, increase their involvement in decision-making processes, and support their professional development. Additionally, the program aims to strengthen the role of women in the future of football and promote international experience exchange,” Zamanlı said.
