Azerbaijan was the largest importer of air conditioners from Uzbekistan during January-May 2026.

The country exported 22,443 air conditioners to eight foreign markets during the reporting period, up 5.1% year-on-year, with total exports valued at $4.6 million, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbekistan's National Statistics Committee.

Azerbaijan accounted for 7,367 units, representing 32.8% of Uzbekistan's total air conditioner exports, making it the leading destination for the product.

Tajikistan ranked second with 4,775 units imported, followed by Türkiye with 4,640 units.
