Under the directives of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan has begun the first phase of its relocation initiative to Badara village in the Khojaly district and Hadrut settlement in the Khojavand district.
During this initial stage, 14 families, totaling 55 individuals, were resettled in Badara village, The Caspian Post reports via local media.
Meanwhile, 10 families, comprising 42 individuals, were relocated to Hadrut settlement, marking a significant step in the country’s ongoing efforts to restore and develop these regions.
Officials say the program aims to improve living conditions for returning residents while supporting infrastructure development and community revitalization in the affected areas.
