Azerbaijan's Officials Pay Tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev

On December 12, state and government officials visited the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, commemorating the day dedicated to remembering the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people.

Among those attending the commemorative ceremony were Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, Head of the Presidential Administration Samir Nuriyev, other state and government officials, military servicemen, law enforcement officers, and representatives of the diplomatic corps. They laid flowers at the National Leader’s grave, The Caspian Post reports, citing AZERTAC.

Flowers were also placed at the grave of the National Leader’s wife, renowned ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
