Somali President Congratulates Azerbaijani Leader on Eid al-Fitr

Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, has sent a congratulatory letter to Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, The Caspian Post reports, citing AZERTAC.
