Speaker of Iran’s Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has arrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit to participate in a key gathering of lawmakers from across the Islamic world.
Ghalibaf will attend the 20th Session of the Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which is being held in Baku, The Caspian Post reports via Report.
The high-level event is expected to bring together parliamentary leaders and representatives from OIC member states to discuss issues of mutual interest, regional cooperation, and challenges facing the Islamic world.
The conference is expected to focus on strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation, expanding political dialogue, and enhancing collaboration among OIC member states on regional and global issues.
