Israel Katz, Israel’s Minister of Defense, has declared that any leader appointed by the Iranian regime to advance plans against Israel, threaten the United States and the free world, or suppress the Iranian people, will be a “clear target for elimination”.

In a post on the X, Katz emphasized that “it doesn’t matter what his name is or where he hides,” The Caspian Post reports via the minister's message on X.

He added that both the prime minister and he have instructed the Israel Defense Forces to prepare and take all necessary measures to carry out this mission as part of Operation “Lion’s Roar.”

“We will continue to act with full force alongside our American partners to destroy the regime’s capabilities and create conditions for the Iranian people to overthrow it,” Katz wrote.
