President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has arrived in the Akmola region on a working visit, during which he is set to tour various agro-industrial and social facilities.
A key part of the visit will include a meeting with regional leadership to review the progress of the ongoing harvesting campaign, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
Earlier, on August 18, President Tokayev met with Marat Akhmetzhanov, Governor of Akmola region, who presented a report on the region’s socioeconomic development for the first half of 2025 and discussed prospects for its future growth.
