Budget travel just got easier this summer as Kazakhstan’s low-cost carrier FlyArystan announces the launch of direct flights from Astana to the popular Black Sea destination Batumi.
The seasonal route will operate from June 2 to August 29, 2026, with flights scheduled three times a week - on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, The Caspian Post reports via Project of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
The new connection opens up a convenient and affordable gateway for travelers looking to explore Batumi’s beaches, nightlife, and coastal charm without stopovers.
Currently, FlyArystan operates flights only to Kutaisi from five Kazakh cities - Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktau, and Shymkent - making the new Batumi route a notable expansion of its regional network.
