Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia Discuss Expanding Cooperation in Labor and Social Development

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Saudi Arabia Madiyar Menilbekov has met with Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Tareq bin Abdulaziz Al-Hamad to discuss strengthening cooperation and expanding bilateral ties in the field of labor resources.

Menilbekov briefed his counterpart on Kazakhstan’s key economic reforms and social development initiatives, emphasizing Astana’s interest in strengthening collaboration with the Kingdom and signing a bilateral agreement in this area, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

In turn, Al-Hamad noted that Saudi Arabia attaches high importance to developing partnerships with Kazakhstan in the labor sector and confirmed the Kingdom’s readiness to formalize cooperation through a relevant agreement.

Both sides agreed to maintain regular communication to deepen bilateral relations and expand the legal framework between the two countries.

Earlier, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting of the Dialogue Platform on the Human Dimension, aimed at advancing human resource and social development initiatives.
