Travel between Kazakhstan and Türkiye is set to get a major boost as Turkish low-cost airline AJET expands its flight network with daily services between Astana and Ankara and Almaty and Ankara.
Starting in August 2025, the airline will increase flights on both routes from two weekly services to seven flights per week, providing passengers with daily connections between the two countries, The Caspian Post reports via Kazinform.
The expansion is part of a broader strategy to strengthen Kazakhstan's international air connectivity by opening new routes and increasing frequencies on existing destinations.
The additional flights will enhance business, trade, investment, and tourism while deepening economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Türkiye.
