A FlyArystan aircraft operating a flight from Almaty to Pavlodar in Kazakhstan returned to its departure airport due to a worsening weather forecast.

Flight FS-7131 was cancelled, and the return service, FS-7132, will not operate either, according to Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Expected precipitation at Pavlodar Airport could have required the aircraft to undergo de-icing, a procedure necessary to ensure safe takeoff in such weather conditions.

Passengers affected by the cancellations can rebook their tickets free of charge on the next available flight, subject to seat availability, or request a full refund.
