Kyrgyz Ambassador, US Congressman Focus on Deepening Bilateral Cooperation

Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the US, Aibek Moldogaziev, has held a productive meeting with US Congressman Bill Huizenga to discuss strengthening interparliamentary relations between the two countries, with an emphasis on organizing reciprocal visits to enhance cooperation.

Both sides highlighted the need to expand collaboration in trade, economic issues, and visa policies, The Caspian Post informs via Kyrgyz media.

During the discussion, Moldogaziev briefed Huizenga on Kyrgyzstan’s ongoing reforms aimed at improving the quality of life for its citizens, reinforcing the rule of law, enhancing economic growth, and advancing trade, investment, and logistics. He also emphasized efforts to promote regional security and integration. The ambassador proposed establishing direct communication channels with the US Congress to further support these bilateral initiatives.

Huizenga expressed his readiness to facilitate stronger interparliamentary ties and sustain active dialogue between the two nations.

The meeting concluded with both parties agreeing to continue cooperation on all the discussed topics.
