Kyrgyz Swimmer Wins World Championship Bronze

Kyrgyz athlete Denis Petrashov claimed third place in the 100-meter breaststroke final at the World Swimming Championships.

Petrashov finished with a time of 58.88 seconds, setting a new national record for Kyrgyzstan in the event, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

Representing Kyrgyzstan at the World Aquatics Championships, Petrashov is competing in three events, alongside Aymkyz Aydaralieva, who is participating in two events.
