Kyrgyzstan, Guatemala Seek to Deepen Ties in Trade, Education, and Tourism

Kyrgyz Deputy Foreign Minister Meder Abakirov has received copies of the credentials from Eduardo Enrique Hernández Recinos, Ambassador of Guatemala to Kyrgyzstan based in Ankara, and the two officials discussed prospects for enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The parties expressed mutual interest in expanding ties in trade and the economy, as well as in such sectors as agriculture, education, sports, and tourism, The Caspian Post informs via Kyrgyz media.

Both sides also agreed to coordinate efforts to organize reciprocal visits and political consultations to ensure the practical implementation of the initiatives discussed.
