Kyrgyzstan Leads Eurasian Economic Union in Construction Boom with 45% Growth

Kyrgyzstan is leading the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in construction growth.

From January to August 2025, the volume of construction work across the Union rose 5.2 per cent compared to the same period last year, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

However, Kyrgyzstan topped the list with a 45.3 per cent surge, followed by Armenia (27.7 per cent), Kazakhstan (18.1 per cent), Belarus (9.6 per cent), and Russia (3.5 per cent).

Earlier this year, Kyrgyzstan also led the Union in January-May growth, recording a 1.9-fold increase in construction activity, highlighting its rapidly expanding infrastructure sector.
