President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory letter to his Turkmen counterpart Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the 29th anniversary of his country"s neutrality.
In his letter, Tokayev highlighted the success of Turkmenistan"s neutrality policy, which has earned well-deserved respect and high authority in the international arena, The Caspian Post reports, citing Akorda.
"Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are bound by strong historical ties of centuries-long friendship, good-neighborliness and mutual support. We highly cherish the dynamic development and deepening of strategic partnership between our fraternal countries," he said.
Tokayev also wished the Turkmen president further success in its responsible activity and the fraternal people of Turkmenistan - well-being and prosperity.
