Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan emphasized the historic opportunity for a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia during a meeting with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock.
Fidan called for third-party support in the process, stressing the need for fairness and impartiality, The Caspian Post reports, citing Turkish media.
The two ministers also discussed the situations in Syria and Ukraine.
Fidan highlighted the importance of international efforts to secure a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian enclave.
He also reiterated Türkiye's support for negotiations aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine war as quickly as possible.
