Ankara's Meeting to Bring Türkiye and Syria to Table for Security Talks

Representatives of Türkiye and Syria are scheduled to meet in Ankara on October 12 to discuss bilateral cooperation in the field of security.

The agenda will also cover other key regional and bilateral issues, with both sides expected to exchange views on current challenges and potential areas for collaboration, The Caspian Post informs via Turkish media.

The high-level talks are expected to bring together Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, Head of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) İbrahim Kalın, and their Syrian counterparts.
