General Staff: Ukraine Strikes Saratov Oil Refinery in Russia

The Ukrainian General Staff of the Armed Forces has announced that the Ukrainian Armed Forces stroke the Saratov Oil Refinery in Russia.

“In the early hours of November 3, 2025, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces targeted the Saratov Oil Refinery in Russia’s Saratov region. The strike caused an impact and a fire in the area of the refinery’s ELOU AVT-6 oil refining complex,” the General Staff announced, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.

The Saratov Oil Refinery is one of the oldest oil processing facilities in Russia. As of 2023, its refining capacity reached 4.8 million tons per year. The plant is reportedly involved in supplying fuel to the Russian Armed Forces.
