One of Ukraine’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, Darnytsia, sustained damage during a large-scale Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv.
The strike was part of a broader assault involving ballistic missiles and more than 140 attack drones targeting the Ukrainian capital and surrounding areas, The Caspian Post reports via RBC-Ukraine.
Darnytsia’s facilities were affected but the full extent of the damage has not yet been disclosed. Details are being withheld for security reasons while emergency services continue their work at the site.
Despite the impact, the company reported no casualties among its employees and indicated that manufacturing operations are expected to continue.
The attack triggered multiple incidents across Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district, where falling debris and direct strikes caused localized fires near residential and commercial areas. At least one civilian injury in the district.
