Smoke from fires that broke out in Russia’s Moscow region following a reported Ukrainian attack was visible from as far as 50 kilometres away, The Caspian Post reports, citing ASTRA.
Earlier, open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis indicated that the attack sparked major fires in the Noginsk-Elektrostal metropolitan area, including at an oil depot in Noginsk and the Wildberries logistics centre in Elektrostal.
The blazes sent thick plumes of smoke into the sky, with reports saying the smoke could be seen from distances of up to 50 kilometres.
