Tehran Hosts Talks on Strengthening Uzbekistan-Iran Relations

Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Fariddin Nasriyev, held a meeting with Ali Najafi Khoshroudi, the Deputy First Vice President for International Affairs and Regional Cooperation of Iran. Ali Najafi Khoshroudi highly praised the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan and the consistent strengthening of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Iran, The Caspian Post reports citing UzA.

At the meeting, discussions focused on further developing bilateral relations, particularly enhancing collaboration in trade, economic, investment, and tourism sectors.

The two sides also reviewed plans for upcoming joint events between Uzbekistan and Iran.
