Tajikistan, China Eye Strengthening Economic and Investment Cooperation

Abdurahmon Abdurahmonzoda, Deputy Chairman of Tajikistan, held a meeting with representatives from Sino-Hunan International Engineering and Development Co., Ltd of China.

The meeting was also attended by the leadership of the State Unitary Enterprise “Smart City” and the Department of Investment and State Property management of the Executive Body of State Authority of Dushanbe, The Caspian Post reports, citing Tajik media.

Cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China in economic and investment spheres, exchange of experience and attraction of Chinese companies to the construction of roads and bridges was discussed.

The parties expressed readiness to strengthen further cooperation in the mentioned areas.
