Tajikistan Launches Telecom Awards to Boost Digital Growth and Service Quality

Tajikistan is set to hold its first national telecom industry awards, Telecom Awards Tajikistan 2025, this December, marking a major step toward boosting digital innovation and service quality across the country’s telecommunications sector.

The initiative, led by the Communications Service under the Government of Tajikistan, aims to recognize excellence among mobile operators and internet service providers, encouraging competition and higher standards in connectivity, customer service, and technology, The Caspian Post reports via Tajik media.

“The Telecom Awards will become an annual event that celebrates progress and innovation in Tajikistan’s telecom industry,” the agency said.

The organizing committee, chaired by Isfandiyor Saidullo, Head of the Communications Service, includes representatives from telecom associations, leading operators, and independent experts.

Awards will be presented in 15 categories, including Best Mobile Operator, Best Internet Provider, Telecom Innovation of the Year, Fastest Network, and Customer Choice Award.

Winners will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation process, combining:

Customer satisfaction surveys (CATI)

Mystery Shopping to test real-world service

OOKLA Speedtest Intelligence for internet performance data

DMTEL network analysis based on ETSI international standards

An expert jury will select the winners, who will be revealed at a ceremony this December.

Telecom Awards Tajikistan 2025 is poised to become a key platform for recognizing innovation and setting new benchmarks for the country’s fast-evolving digital landscape.
