Tajikistan Responds to Russia on Textbooks: The Content Does Not Contain Mironov's Quotes

Russian State Duma Deputy Sergey Mironov accused the authorities of Tajikistan of using the term "colonization by Russia" in history textbooks for Tajik schools.

Tajikistan's Minister of Education, Rahim Saidzoda has commented on the issue, The Caspian Post reports citing foreign media.

The minister stated that there is nothing like this in the books and that the textbooks were based on Russian teaching materials.
