The Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the CIS member states will meet at the CIS Executive Committee in Minsk on January 22, according to the press service of the CIS Executive Committee, The Caspian Post reports citing BelTA.
During the meeting, Tajikistan will present the concepts of its chairmanship in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2025 and the action plan to it. The permanent representatives will also take stock of their activities in the past year and approve the plan of its work for 2025.The council intends to discuss the draft agenda of the next meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council, the progress in implementing the plan of main measures to realize the concept of further development of the CIS. The book “Moldovans of Belarus: Ethno-cultural Identity and Integration” will be presented during the meeting.
