Azerbaijani PM, Turkmen Leader Emphasize Political Dialogue

Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov has met with Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in Ashgabat, where both leaders emphasized the strong political dialogue between their countries.

Asadov conveyed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s greetings and congratulations on the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s recognition of permanent neutrality, The Caspian Post reports via the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers.

President Berdimuhamedov expressed gratitude and asked Asadov to pass along his own greetings to the Azerbaijani leader.

During the meeting, both sides discussed new opportunities to expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
