Qatar, Turkmenistan Boost Humanitarian Ties in High-Level Meeting in Ashgabat

Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba has met with representatives of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) at the Qatari Embassy in Ashgabat to discuss strengthening humanitarian cooperation and expanding joint efforts to tackle regional and global challenges.

The meeting brought together Vitaly Zasepin, Head of the International Cooperation Department of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, and Aman Gapbarov, IFRC Representative in Turkmenistan, The Caspian Post reports, citing Turkmen media.

Also in attendance was Nasser Ali Al-Kaabi, Second Secretary of the Qatari Embassy.
