Turkmen, Armenian Businesses Meet to Explore Trade, Investment

In Yerevan, Armenia, a high-level business meeting has brought together representatives of government agencies and companies from Turkmenistan and Armenia.

The event included firms from textiles, food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, transport and logistics, jewelry, and tourism, The Caspian Post reports via Turkmen media.

Opening remarks were delivered by Nerses Karamanukyan, Vice-President of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Armenia; Begench Arazov, Board Member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan; and Edgar Zakaryan, Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Economy. They highlighted bilateral trade, business opportunities, and strategies to attract foreign investment.

Participants attended presentations showcasing investment and business potential in both countries, followed by business-to-business (B2B) negotiations to explore future cooperation between Turkmen and Armenian companies.
