Greece Inaugurates Embassy in Tashkent

Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, received copies of the credentials from Ambassador Paraskevi Tzeveleki and welcomed the establishment of the new diplomatic mission.

“We welcome the opening of the Greek Embassy and believe this step will further accelerate cooperation between our countries,” Saidov wrote on his Telegram channel, The Caspian Post reports citing Kun.uz.

During the meeting, both sides discussed strengthening political dialogue, expanding trade and economic ties, and enhancing cooperation in the fields of culture and education.
