Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov has arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit, signaling a new push to deepen bilateral ties.
The high-level trip began on April 1, with Aripov landing at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where he was welcomed by senior Azerbaijani officials, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
Among those welcoming were Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov, and other members of the government.
