Uzbekistan and Georgia Discuss Prospects for Enhanced Cooperation

Negotiations took place in Tashkent between Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, and Georgia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, who visited as part of a government delegation.

As Mr. Saidov shared on his Telegram channel, the parties held a productive and open meeting, during which they discussed strengthening bilateral relations and prospects for expanding cooperation across all sectors, The Caspian Post reports citing UzA.

The Uzbek FM noted that Uzbekistan values its partnership with Georgia and remains committed to its further development to benefit both countries. “We look forward to continuing our dialogue and implementing joint initiatives”, he said.
