Between January and November 2025, Uzbekistan exported chocolate products worth $8.7 million to 24 countries, with total shipments reaching 3,300 tons.
Compared with the same period in 2024, chocolate exports increased by 753 tonnes, marking a 29.9 per cent year-on-year rise-a notable gain for Uzbekistan’s food-processing sector, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
The bulk of exports went to CIS countries and neighboring markets. Azerbaijan emerged as the top destination, importing 633.1 tons of Uzbek chocolate. It was followed by Mongolia with 433.7 tons, Kazakhstan with 368.8 tons, Russia with 365.2 tons, and Kyrgyzstan with 360.3 tons.
The remaining export destinations collectively accounted for 1,100 tons of shipments, underscoring the growing geographic reach of Uzbekistan’s confectionery exports.
