Uzbekistan, Germany Eye Closer Cooperation in Politics and Trade

Uzbek First Deputy Foreign Minister, Bakhromjon Aloyev, has met with German Ambassador Manfred Huterer to explore ways to strengthen bilateral relations, focusing on advancing political dialogue, expanding trade, and enhancing economic and investment cooperation.

Both sides also considered opportunities to strengthen their partnership within multilateral platforms, The Caspian Post informs via Uzbek media.

Special emphasis was placed on coordinating joint initiatives planned for 2025, aimed at furthering collaboration.

A key point of discussion was attracting leading German companies and advanced technologies to implement investment projects in Uzbekistan, particularly those focused on the deep processing of raw materials and creating sustainable employment opportunities in regional areas.
