Uzbekistan’s cucumber exports surged by 14.5 per cent in the first six months of 2025, reaching 5,697 tons and generating $4.1 million in export revenue.
The volume of cucumber exports grew by 714.5 tons compared to the same period last year, indicating a steady rise in the country’s agricultural trade, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
Kyrgyzstan remained the top destination for Uzbek cucumbers, importing 2,922 tons, followed by:
Russia - 2,154 tons
Kazakhstan - 586 tons
United Arab Emirates - 23 tons
Other countries - 12 tons
