Air travel between Uzbekistan and Israel is back on track as Uzbekistan Airways resumes regular flights on the Tashkent - Tel Aviv route.
Flights will operate three times a week-on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays-restoring a key connection for travelers and business ties between the two countries, The Caspian Post reports via the Uzbek Embassy in Israel.
The airline is also set to expand service from May 3, with additional Sunday flights planned along the Samarkand - Tel Aviv route, offering greater flexibility and boosting connectivity.
The move comes after flights to Tel Aviv were temporarily suspended in late March, making the relaunch a significant step toward normalizing travel and strengthening bilateral links.
With demand expected to rebound, the renewed routes are likely to support tourism, business travel, and cultural exchange between Uzbekistan and Israel.
