A delegation from Parkent District has secured $15 million in investment agreements during the Third Uzbekistan-China Interregional Cooperation Forum held in China.
As part of the event, district governor Elmurod Pulatov held a series of meetings and negotiations with Chinese companies and investors aimed at expanding economic cooperation and attracting new projects to the region, The Caspian Post reports via UzDaily.
The talks resulted in agreements worth a total of $15 million, with planned projects expected to focus on launching modern manufacturing facilities, creating new jobs, boosting export potential, and increasing economic activity in the district.
The cooperation with Chinese partners will also strengthen the investment appeal of Parkent District and support the long-term development of the regional economy.
