Armenia’s Security Council Secretary, Armen Grigoryan, is scheduled to travel to Moscow on November 5 to attend the 13th meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of CIS member states, according to a government decision, The Caspian Post reports citing Armenian media.
To note, this will be the first time in the past three years that Grigoryan will participate in a meeting of the CIS countries’ Security Council secretaries.
