European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has arrived in Armenia for a working visit, where she is set to hold high-level talks with the country's leadership.
Von der Leyen was welcomed at Zvartnots International Airport by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, The Caspian Post reports via Armenpress.
The centerpiece of the visit will be a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the government headquarters in Yerevan.
Following their talks, Pashinyan and von der Leyen are expected to deliver joint statements and answer questions from the media, highlighting the outcomes of their discussions.
