Pashinyan: No Plans to Withdraw Russian Military Base from Armenia

Yerevan has no plans to withdraw the 102nd Russian military base of the Armed Forces (AF) from Armenia, according to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

"We have no plans, programs, or concerns regarding the presence of the 102nd Russian military base on the territory of Armenia. We have a close partnership with the Russian Federation," said the head of the Armenian government, The Caspian Post reports, citing Sputnik Armenia.

Pashinyan emphasized that the cooperation between Yerevan and Moscow is based on established economic and political ties.

Earlier, Nikol Pashinyan stated that no one would be able to drag Armenia into a course of actions against Russia. He noted that Yerevan would not fight or argue with Moscow, as the republic values the existing relationships.
