Azerbaijan Facilitates Shipment of Russian Buckwheat, Fertilizers to Armenia

From the Bilajari railway station in the suburbs of Baku, shipments of Russian goods have been sent to Armenia via transit through Azerbaijan.

The cargo includes four wagons of Russian fertilizers totaling 271 tons and one wagon of buckwheat weighing 68 tons. The train will pass through Boyuk Kesik Station in Georgia before reaching Armenia, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

Previously, more than 23,000 tons of grain and over 700 tons of fertilizers have been transported from Russia to Armenia via Azerbaijan, highlighting the growing use of regional rail corridors for trade and transit.
