Justice Ministers of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan Discuss AI Integration in Justice Sector

Azerbaijani Justice Minister Farid Ahmadov held a meeting with his Kazakh counterpart, Yerlan Sarsembayev, according to the Ministry of Justice.

During the meeting, the high level of strategic partnership between the two countries and the importance of mutual cooperation were emphasized, The Caspian Post reports citing local media.

The contribution of the documents signed between the countries to expanding cooperation was discussed. The parties also expressed interest in collaborating in the justice sector within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States.

The sides discussed the enforcement of court decisions and the application of the institution of special enforcement, notarial activities, digitalization in the justice sector and the application of artificial intelligence, the use of citizen-oriented digital solutions, and the continued exchange of experience in forensic examination.

Furthermore, to strengthen the institutional foundations of cooperation, training opportunities for judges from Kazakhstan at the Academy of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan are planned.
