İRİA, Astana Hub Partner to Boost Startup Ecosystems

Azerbaijan’s Innovation and Digital Development Agency (İRİA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kazakhstan’s Astana Hub, one of the region’s leading international technoparks.

The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in innovation, entrepreneurship, and the startup ecosystem, while deepening knowledge exchange and expanding regional innovation ties between the two countries, The Caspian Post informs via local media.

Under the MoU, İRİA and Astana Hub will work more closely to support the growth of both nations’ startup ecosystems. The goal is to boost access to new markets and expand opportunities for venture capital investment.

The document also outlines plans to develop and implement joint incubation and acceleration programs for Azerbaijani and Kazakh startups. Enhanced access to mentorship, training, and key resources for startups, innovators, and ecosystem members is also among the priorities set by both sides.
