Kazakhstan's Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.
The presidents highlighted dynamic development of interstate relations between Kazakhstan and Russia in the spirit of friendship, good-neighborliness and alliance, The Caspian Post reports citing Kazinform.
The heads of state also discussed the issues of trade-economic cooperation, having emphasized successful implementation of the agreements reached earlier at the highest levels.
On November 27-28, the Russian President paid a state visit to Kazakhstan and participated in a session of the Collective Security Council (CSC) of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Astana.
