Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will visit Russia on November 11-12 to discuss the further development of the Russia-Kazakhstan strategic partnership and alliance with President Vladimir Putin.
The visit comes at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
During the talks, both leaders are set to discuss the further development of Russia-Kazakhstan strategic partnership and alliance, covering political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, as well as key regional and global issues.
“Important bilateral documents are prepared for signing during the visit,” the Kremlin statement noted.
President Tokayev and President Putin are also expected to address participants via videoconference at the 21st Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan, which will be held in Oral (Uralsk), Kazakhstan.
