In response to the tragic Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash in Aktau, Kazakhstan, people have left flowers at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Astana, The Caspian Post reports citing Kazinform.
Sharing their grief with the Azerbaijani people, Astana’s residents express their condolences.
Residents of Astana are lining up at the capital's Blood Center to donate blood for patients in need, who survived the plane crash near Aktau.
It was earlier reported that the Embraer 190 aircraft, operating Azerbaijan Airlines flight J2-8243 en route from Baku to Grozny, crashed 3 kilometers from the city of Aktau. A total of 69 people including 5 crew members were onboard, 29 of which were rushed to hospital.
